While the society will be safer than before, the government will spend less money on correctional facilities. The life of the inmates will also be changed for the better. Project will provide insights on how to improve the lives of the inmates through provision of substance abuse rehabilitation, job training, training on life skills, housing search, provision of mental and health care services and time and stress management skills which will help the inmates cope with life after prison without relapsing into crime. Such students ought to be punished accordingly because they are undermining the quality of education that has gone down considerably in the past few years.
